What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting
• support mobility and transfers
• provide companionship and emotional support
• help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• remind clients to take medications
• drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands
• monitor and report changes in client conditions
• follow care plans and communicate with the team.
