What you'll do

• Supervise dietary personnel and monitor compliance with protocols
• prepare and serve meals tailored to residents’ dietary requirements
• contribute to production planning, forecasting, and recipe development
• assist with procurement and proper storage of food and equipment
• operate kitchen equipment and adaptive tools
• collaborate on facility-wide special events
• assume department responsibility when the Dietary Manager is absent.
