What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and follow up with company-provided warm leads
• assess inquiries against qualification requirements
• explain and book paid consultations
• complete intake, conflict-check, payment, and scheduling steps
• maintain Salesforce records and meet booking expectations
• coordinate lead ownership and phone coverage
• review calls, coach staff, monitor response times, bookings, attendance, and CRM accuracy
• support onboarding and report results to the VP of Operations.
