Concrete Superintendent

What you'll do

• Lead foremen and concrete crews
• develop daily work plans, weekly schedules, and three-week look-ahead schedules
• coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and vendors
• promote jobsite safety and hold teams accountable
• monitor schedules and address delays or conflicts
• ensure concrete work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards
• coordinate with project managers and trade partners
• identify constraints and escalate risks
• monitor productivity and field reporting
• mentor crew members and foremen
• identify opportunities to improve field execution, scheduling, quality, and productivity.
