What you'll do

• Manage sales and profit projections for bowling and karaoke
• support sales goals and troubleshoot operations on the floor
• supervise department supervisors
• train employees in operations and customer service
• hold weekly staff meetings
• maintain department operations manuals
• coach and evaluate direct reports
• monitor staffing
• audit refunds, cash drawers, transactions, and special events
• prepare daily audit reports
• enforce safety and loss-prevention requirements.
