What you'll do

• Appear in court on behalf of the firm at least three days per week
• review new claims for compliance with firm and client standards
• review and approve court pleadings, including complaints and motions
• draft motions and responses for contested matters as needed
• argue contested motions and conduct trials and arbitrations
• communicate with opposing counsel
• prepare and respond to discovery or oversee counterclaims.
