What you'll do

• Provide help desk support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and network issues
• configure and deploy computers and peripherals
• administer user accounts and support Active Directory and Windows
• assist with network troubleshooting, cybersecurity, endpoint management, and infrastructure maintenance
• maintain documentation and asset inventories
• support onboarding and offboarding
• assist with automation
• partner with manufacturing teams and vendors
• participate in IT projects and upgrades.
