What you'll do

• Install, configure, maintain, and support IMS databases on IBM z/OS
• administer Full Function, Fast Path, and HALDB databases
• manage database definitions and control structures
• perform reorganization and space management
• execute database utilities, backups, image copies, and recovery
• monitor and tune performance
• troubleshoot abends, corruption, and integrity issues
• collaborate with application development, systems programming, and operations
• maintain technical documentation and support modernization and migration initiatives.
