Investigations Coordinator

Job overview

The Investigations Coordinator role is onsite in Gilsum, NH. Compensation is $22.00–$25.00 per hour. The position supports W.S. Badger Company’s Quality Unit and its quality management system. The coordinator manages complaint records and supports investigations involving deviations, non-conformances, out-of-specification events, and corrective and preventive actions. The work helps maintain timely, well-documented quality investigations and supports audit readiness through coordination with Quality Assurance, Operations, Quality Control, and other departments.

What you'll do

• Manage complaint intake, investigation, documentation, tracking, and closure
• report and analyze complaint trends
• support deviation, non-conformance, out-of-specification, and CAPA investigations
• gather evidence, review documents, and develop timelines
• coordinate root-cause and CAPA work with cross-functional teams
• document inspection and investigation results
• follow up on assigned actions
• back up daily QA functions, including batch record review and issuance
• support audits, inspections, and quality-system document updates.
