Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health Urgent Care

What you'll do

• Manage medications with providers
• administer and document treatments
• screen and monitor side effects
• promote health education and medication adherence
• coordinate with providers and educate the team about symptoms and side effects
• direct or supervise LPNs
• support triage and medical screenings, including vital signs and emergencies
• document billable encounters in the EMR within 24 hours
• support involuntary commitment processes, discharge planning, and follow-ups.
