What you'll do

• Visit facilities to ensure quarterly visits
• provide or attend LinkRx and StatSafe in-services as needed
• perform StatSafe audits and cycle exchanges
• attend quarterly performance improvement meetings
• conduct satisfaction surveys and assist with grievance logs
• address facility issues and communicate updates to the pharmacy team
• assist with prescription processing, medication preparation and delivery, inventory, returns, and E-Kit management.
