What you'll do

• Handle service requests and apartment turnovers
• assist with plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, electrical and heater maintenance, and painting
• maintain an organized shop
• report supply needs and safety or maintenance issues
• inventory and store shipments
• maintain property interiors and exteriors, golf carts, pools and spas
• replace lighting and maintain outdoor trash areas
• follow training and safety procedures.
