Qualitative UX Researcher

What you'll do

• Establish a repeatable qualitative research cadence
• manage study intake, prioritization, design, fieldwork, synthesis, and readouts
• build and test participant outreach channels
• develop reusable research tools
• partner with Design and quantitative UX research
• conduct interviews and contextual research
• synthesize findings into personas, opportunity areas, journey frames, decision maps, and prioritized insights
• plan research with attention to privacy, consent, HIPAA, and relevant IRB requirements
• communicate findings to inform product and design decisions.
