Job overview

The Groundsperson supports the crew by performing work from the ground including clearing brush and trees as directed, and performing clean-up on each job site. This is a full-time onsite position located in Delta, CO, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. The role supports the vegetation management team in maintaining safe and clear utility right-of-ways. This role exists to ensure the efficient and safe maintenance of utility corridors. The Groundsperson contributes to the team by clearing undergrowth, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and orderly work site, ultimately supporting the company's commitment to reliable infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Follow safe practices, clear brush and trees using hand tools and chain saws, load/unload trucks, feed brush chipper, flag traffic, perform equipment maintenance, and assist with storm restoration work.
