What you'll do
- Own technical quality, reliability, and mechanical integrity for twin-ax cable assemblies
- manage product documentation, specifications, test plans, and qualification records
- lead tolerance analysis, FEA, material evaluations, and failure analysis
- plan and execute phase-gate and NPI activities
- collaborate with Signal Integrity on cable performance
- support fixture design, testing, and qualification
- analyze performance data
- validate manufacturing processes and resolve production issues
- support development-to-volume transitions
- participate in quality investigations and corrective actions
- serve as a technical liaison with customers and suppliers
- communicate through presentations, reports, and direct customer interaction
- drive benchmarking, cost reduction, quality, and continuous improvement.
