Personal Care Assistant

Job overview

The Personal Care Assistant works onsite in Melrose, MN, part time, Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $18–$22 per hour. Advantage PCA & Senior Care provides personalized in-home support to help clients maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life. The assistant provides one-on-one support tailored to each client’s needs, helping people remain safe and independent at home. The work may include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, and behavioral support.
