Behavior Technician

Job overview

The Behavior Technician role is onsite in Ludlow, MA, with compensation of $20–$27 per hour depending on experience. Northeast Family Services provides behavioral support services, and the role works with clients and their families under the direction of a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The technician implements behavior support plans and applied behavior analysis (ABA)-based instruction, monitors and records client behavior, and shares data with the supervising BCBA. The work supports skill development and meaningful changes in client behavior.
