What you'll do

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support
• participate in discovery meetings, site visits, proposals, presentations, assessments, implementation, and account management
• deploy and manage Windows servers and Active Directory
• design local area networks
• implement and monitor network security
• maintain network hardware and software
• deploy file servers, cloud, and voice-over-IP solutions
• troubleshoot infrastructure
• manage Exchange Server
• monitor alerts and handle escalated service requests
• support new-user onboarding.
