Director, Trade and Distribution

The Director, Trade and Distribution role is fully remote within the United States, with approximately 20% travel expected. The base salary range is $203,800–$280,300 per year. What you'll do

• Lead relationships with specialty pharmacies, distributors, wholesalers, and third-party logistics providers
• develop and execute trade and distribution strategies
• oversee outsourced distribution, inventory visibility, fulfillment, product movement, returns, and issue resolution
• support launch readiness
• lead partner reviews, negotiations, and improvement initiatives
• monitor channel performance, inventory, data quality, and service metrics
• collaborate across Market Access, Supply Chain, Patient Support, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Quality, and Commercial teams.
