What you'll do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of data scientists
• set ownership and balance team capacity
• partner with product leads across four Integrity pillars
• shape roadmaps by sizing opportunities and defining success measures
• lead high-stakes investigations
• build analytical frameworks for prevalence, enforcement precision and recall, appeals, reversals, and moderation quality
• guide experimental design and causal measurement
• communicate recommendations and support reporting obligations.
