What you'll do

• Develop leads and schedule appointments
• identify customer needs and market relevant products and services
• establish and follow up on customer relationships
• respond to inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
