This role exists to provide comprehensive hands-on and classroom training to individuals aspiring to become proficient auto glass technicians. The trainee will learn to perform glass repairs, replacements, and recalibrations while developing the technical skills and service mindset necessary to ensure high-quality customer experiences.

What you'll do

• Participate in hands-on and classroom training to learn auto glass installation and repair.
• Perform recalibrations of automotive safety systems including diagnostic testing.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles.
• Study and pass certification exams to become a Safelite-certified technician.
• Maintain professional standards and provide excellent customer service.
