Project Executive, Grocery and Retail Construction Programs

Job overview

The Project Executive, Grocery and Retail Construction Programs role is remote-based, with 30%–40% travel to client meetings and project sites nationwide. The anticipated annual compensation range is $130,000–$160,000. Sevan provides construction, program management, real estate and site development, and architecture and engineering services for multiple sectors. The executive leads multi-site construction and reinvestment programs, advising client leadership and directing teams through planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery to support client priorities and program performance.

What you'll do

• Lead multi-site grocery and retail construction programs
• establish strategy, budgets, schedules, and priorities with senior client stakeholders
• oversee financial performance, forecasting, contracts, and risk
• manage and develop project teams
• build relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors
• identify opportunities to improve program performance and expand client partnerships.
