Business Development Representative

What you'll do

• Research and qualify prospective corporate clients
• identify competitor-service users and assess conversion opportunities
• conduct outbound calls and email campaigns
• respond to inbound inquiries
• schedule qualified meetings for the Corporate Sales Manager
• maintain lead and prospect records and pipeline data in Salesforce
• coordinate with internal stakeholders
• report prospecting activity, lead-generation metrics, and market insights
• monitor industry and competitor trends.
