What you'll do

• Maintain contact with families

• guide and train Family Advocates
• coordinate family assessments, goal setting, and follow-up
• support parent engagement
• assist with recruitment, enrollment, and orientation
• monitor attendance
• maintain family service records
• support caseload and documentation compliance
• build community-provider relationships
• support ChildPlus data accuracy and reporting.

Why this role
