The Operating Room (OR) Circulating Registered Nurse (RN), 3x12 Day Shifts role is onsite in Dallas, Texas, for an eight-week contract. Pay is $50–$54 per hour. The nurse supports adult patients at a multispecialty medical center as part of the perioperative team. The role independently circulates surgical cases and coordinates safety, preparation, documentation, and room flow. It contributes to safe and efficient procedures by working with surgeons, anesthesia, surgical technologists, and other team members throughout the perioperative process.

What you'll do

• Independently circulate surgical cases
• complete preoperative patient verification and safety checks
• prepare the operating room and ensure equipment and supplies are available
• assist with patient positioning and preparation
• coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, surgical technologists, and perioperative team members
• maintain sterile-field awareness and enforce safety standards
• participate in surgical counts and time-outs
• complete intraoperative documentation
• advocate for patient safety
• assist with room turnover and case flow.

Why this role

Three weekday shifts per week, 6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m., approximately 36 hours weekly. Requires an active Texas RN license, current BLS, at least one year of recent circulating experience, and completion of screening and skills assessment requirements.
