What you'll do

• Meet sales and occupancy goals
• conduct prospect outreach and follow-up
• schedule and lead tours, presentations, and appointments
• maintain timely CRM documentation
• assist with marketing and community outreach events
• communicate with prospects, families, and team members
• collaborate with community leadership to address concerns and facilitate move-ins
• maintain communication with depositors and future residents
• negotiate and resolve residency concerns
• staff the sales office as operational needs require, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• comply with company policies and applicable laws, including HIPAA.
