What you'll do

• Prepare baked goods, icings, and frostings according to recipes
• review production schedules and gather supplies
• shape and portion dough
• proof and bake products
• inspect quality and adjust processes as needed
• clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
• complete production records. Special-diet baking may be required.
