What you'll do

• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close
• review financial statements and adjusting entries
• own the general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• oversee billing, payroll accounting, commissions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• supervise and mentor a two-person team
• prepare budgets and forecasts
• report on margin, cash flow, and collections
• coordinate with outside CPAs on tax filings
• identify AI and reporting improvements.
