What you'll do

• Manage manufacturing staff, including performance reviews, coaching, training, and on-floor supervision
• serve as a subject matter expert and trainer for manufacturing operations and equipment
• perform cell manufacturing in an aseptic cleanroom and document work in batch records and logbooks
• author, edit, review, and approve manufacturing documents
• work with Quality on out-of-specification reports, deviation investigations, and corrective actions
• schedule daily manufacturing operations using electronic systems.
