What you'll do

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery from preconstruction through closeout
• serve as primary client contact
• oversee budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
• coordinate schedules with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• guide project teams and subordinate managers
• ensure contract, design, quality, and safety requirements are met
• support estimates and preconstruction
• monitor subcontractor performance
• contribute to client relationships and business development.
