Job overview
The Class B Vacuum Truck Route Driver is an onsite role based in East Syracuse, NY. This position supports Safety-Kleen, a subsidiary of Clean Harbors, by managing a route and operating a vacuum truck to collect industrial waste from automotive and oil change businesses. The role exists to provide environmental services by transporting waste to disposal sites while also acting as a sales representative to prospect for new accounts and sell additional products to existing customers.
What you'll do
- Operate vacuum trucks, visit 10-12 customer sites daily, perform manual labor, complete documentation, and prospect for new business leads.
