The Participant Care Assistant, CNA, Day Center role is onsite in Niles, MI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and pays $18.36–$20.27 per hour. The role supports participants enrolled in the PACE program at Brio Living Services’ Day Center in Southwest Michigan. The assistant provides person-centered care and support with activities of daily living, comfort, and participation in the day center. By monitoring participants and communicating changes to leadership, the role contributes to coordinated care and participant wellbeing.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• support meals and hydration
• assist with mobility, turning, positioning, and safe transfers
• measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output
• maintain tidy and stocked rooms
• respond compassionately
• report changes in condition
• and maintain confidentiality.
