The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Restorative Aide is an onsite position at Waterside Health & Rehab Center in Norfolk, VA. Pay is $19–$22 per hour, with full-time and part-time opportunities and shifts needed from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The skilled nursing facility provides resident care and restorative programs. The role provides direct care according to residents’ care plans and supervisor direction, supporting their physical needs, comfort, safety, and emotional and social well-being. The aide also participates in restorative programs and activities while following infection-control, health, and sanitation policies.

Why this role

$2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time and $1,250 for part-time, paid quarterly. Shifts needed are 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; current nursing assistant registry certification or state-law eligibility is required.
