What you'll do

• Welcome guests professionally
• check guests in and out and assign rooms

• complete front desk paperwork and reports
• keep the lobby and common areas welcoming
• assist with breakfast service, wake-up calls, special requests, laundry, and other hotel operations as needed
• and communicate property information through the pass-on log.
