What you'll do

• Scrape and rinse dishes and wash them by hand or machine
• wash pots, pans, and trays
• polish silver as assigned
• maintain chemical levels and temperatures to standards
• keep the dish area orderly
• sweep and mop floors
• clean food-preparation surfaces and equipment
• remove trash
• transfer supplies and help load and unload products.
