Computer Operator V (Leader) — Testing and Data Collection

What you'll do

• Support computer-system users and direct program execution of processing requirements
• assist government leadership with project control and workload scheduling
• maintain and improve electronic data-entry forms
• track data flow using ODIN and VDLS
• query databases and produce reports using Cognos
• monitor data for errors and coordinate corrections
• coordinate requirements with users and test agencies
• work with database administrators
• develop user guidance and training materials
• troubleshoot software
• provide technical assistance and training
• support laptop maintenance and issuance
• operate in Secret environments when required.
