What you'll do

• Respond to donation inquiries and return missed calls within one business day
• explain acceptance guidelines and the organization’s mission
• evaluate donation requests and inspect items
• steward donor relationships
• schedule pickups across truck routes using ThriftCart and dispatch platforms
• sequence routes to balance mileage, capacity, item volume, and traffic
• monitor route progress and adjust schedules
• prepare site notes for truck teams
• update donor and scheduling records
• and review route completion and driver feedback to improve efficiency.
