What you'll do
- Travel with the provider to assigned facilities
- prepare schedules, charts, notes, and documentation
- assist during rounds and examinations
- obtain and document vital signs and basic patient information when needed
- coordinate with nursing staff
- track labs, diagnostic testing, orders, and follow-ups
- prepare equipment and supplies
- maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality
- complete post-visit follow-up.
