What you'll do

• Plan food quantities
• order and store food and supplies
• prepare and cook meals
• monitor and document food temperatures
• accommodate special dietary needs
• complete CACFP records
• model healthy eating and assist during meal service
• maintain cleanliness in kitchens, classrooms, entryways, and restrooms
• attend required meetings and trainings
• report non-federal in-kind contributions
• support staff training, client services, and community outreach as needed.
