Facilities Manager

What you'll do

• Inspect common areas, infrastructure, and community facilities
• prioritize and coordinate corrective work
• oversee maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance
• manage vendor proposals and performance
• help prepare and monitor budgets
• maintain equipment and supply inventories
• respond to resident concerns
• provide updates to management and boards
• address hazards and facility emergencies
• and supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate maintenance and groundskeeping staff. Some travel for meetings and training may be required.
