The Certified Nursing Assistant - Inpatient Acute Care role is onsite at Beloit Memorial Hospital in Beloit, WI, with pay of $17.75–$26.63 per hour. The role supports the Medical-Surgical and Intermediate Care/Cardiac Step-Down units as part of Beloit Health System’s patient-centered care team. The CNA provides hands-on support that helps patients remain comfortable and safe during hospital stays. Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals, the CNA assists with daily care, mobility, monitoring, and patient transitions while documenting care and reporting unusual signs or symptoms.

What you'll do

• Record vital signs and report unusual signs or symptoms
• provide personal hygiene and nutritional assistance
• assist with ambulation, transport, admissions, transfers, and discharges
• maintain patient safety precautions and perform rounding
• protect patient confidentiality
• perform listed procedures and document them
• may assist with cardiac monitoring if an EKG course graduate or scoring at least 85% on the hospital EKG exam.
