What you'll do

• Fry donuts
• top and decorate pastries and bread
• carry out kitchen production
• bake recipes and prepare desserts
• check dough conditioner and perform general oven duties
• prepare ingredients
• scale and shape breads, loaves, and pastries
• sanitize and clean the workstation and kitchen
• receive, stock, and store food
• report equipment issues and low supplies
• complete production, usage, and waste records.
