What you'll do

• Lead age-appropriate games, crafts, sports, and enrichment activities
• build relationships with students and families
• support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
• maintain a safe and inclusive environment
• help establish routines and positive group dynamics
• for experienced candidates, support site operations and staff, communicate with families and school partners, assist with events, and support program quality, safety, and licensing compliance.
