The Gift-in-Kind Processor role is part-time and onsite in Miami, FL, and pays $15–$17 per hour. The Caring Place, part of Miami Rescue Mission and Broward Outreach Centers, provides shelter, residential programs, job training, education, healthcare, and housing services to people in need. Reporting to the Community Development Manager, the processor records and reconciles donated goods and maintains accurate donor and inventory information. The role also provides administrative and operational support to the Community Development Department and may assist with special projects and ministry activities.

What you'll do

• Collect donation tickets
• process donated clothing, food, household goods, and other contributions
• reconcile receipts
• batch donations
• maintain donor records and inventory spreadsheets
• enter receipts and donations into databases and spreadsheets
• assist with pricing updates and reports
• support department projects and ministry activities.
