What you'll do

• Procure and track appraisal and environmental reports
• communicate scopes and requirements to vendors
• evaluate vendor bids and proposals
• review reports for quality, accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• verify appraisal methodologies
• identify environmental assessment gaps
• resolve report, schedule, invoice, and payment discrepancies
• prepare review forms and property evaluation reports
• conduct vendor due diligence
• maintain knowledge of bank products, policies, and regulations
• verify transactions and account balances as applicable.

Why this role
