What you'll do

• Prepare and assemble food orders according to the Executive Chef’s standards
• set up and stock stations
• cook menu items with kitchen staff
• keep the kitchen clean before, during, and after operating hours
• store food at proper temperatures
• follow food-stock control and inventory procedures
• review standard recipes and operating procedures
• fulfill guest orders and related requests as specified. Requires at least 18 years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• food safety certification is preferred.
