What you'll do

• Train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate front-of-house staff
• coordinate menus for special occasions and events
• maintain sanitation, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
• support food safety training and service standards
• monitor costs and budget results
• host daily stand-up meetings
• maintain dining room inventory and reservation system
• support marketing, recruiting, performance evaluation, cleaning schedules, and staff development
• oversee guest service and coordinate with Town Center leadership.
