The Line Cook II role is onsite in Medora, ND, with pay of $24 per hour; full-time and part-time schedules are available. The cook supports the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library café, which serves guests visiting the library and museum. The role prepares and serves meals to recipe, plating, quality, and food-safety standards while supporting timely café service. It also helps maintain kitchen operations, inventory, cleanliness, and team readiness during regular service and high-volume events.

What you'll do

• Prepare and plate hot and cold meals according to recipes and standards
• complete ingredient preparation and cooking across stations
• coordinate and expedite orders
• maintain sanitation, temperature controls, labeling, dating, and food rotation
• monitor inventory and assist with supply orders and deliveries
• contribute to menus with the supervisor
• support kitchen workflow when the supervisor is absent
• clean equipment and work areas
• assist with onboarding and orienting employees
• provide courteous service to café guests
• support café and catering teams during peak periods and events.
