Restorative Aide

The Restorative Aide role is onsite in Gig Harbor, WA, with a schedule of two day shifts, two evening shifts, and two days off. Pay is $23.15–$25.89 per hour based on experience. What you'll do

• Implement and monitor individualized restorative care plans
• assist with prescribed exercises and activities
• assess and document residents’ abilities and progress
• report changes to the nursing team
• collaborate with physical and occupational therapists and nursing staff
• assist with transfers and ambulation
• follow safety and infection-control standards.
